I thought some of you would wonder if I finished, quit or stop posting pictures.
I had got through the second week of month 2 of the program. I was having some back/hip and knee pain. I continued to adapt some of the exercises and sometimes would do a rest day if I had bad enough pain.
The week before Louis' birthday was a little crazy with me working longer days in order to have no work for Friday. Needless to say none was done that week.
Now here we are and Jared is going back to school and our family schedule will be adjusting again. I started while Jared was out of school so he could help keep Louis busy while I did the workouts.
I did have great results doing Insanity. I lost many inches and about 8 pounds. I still lost 2 pounds while not doing it just continuing watching my diet.
I still have ten pounds for my next short term goal and then another 30 for my long term goal.
So, I am trying to figure out what days are going to be best for the gym with the new family schedule am VS PM etc.
So stay tuned. Danya has not demotivated or quit. I am just regrouping! Pictures to start again hopefully soon!
