Facts of Life

Balancing Broussard: FT Mama, FT Wife, and FT Occupational Therapist working on a PhD in balancing all the FT jobs while being healthy and active. I started this blog a few years ago when I first married my husband, and used it later to show my pregnancy with my son and him in the first year of life. I have been lazy with it the last 2 years! Well, now our little family consists of mom, dad, a handsome son, a sassy little diva, and one poor boxer mix " Potter Dog" who loves us all unconditionally. I hope I can now use this blog to help myself and others learn about health and wellness, and a life balance with a busy family life! I recently became a Beachbody coach ( I have been doing Beachbody workouts for last 5 yrs), and look forward to sharing my experience with others, and hopefully inspiring YOU to write your own stories! I am also a huge fan of Ideal Protein ( March 2015- November 2015 phase one/lost over 70lbs), and will share my experience with that with you as well. I used to never eat veggies, and not only eat them but have a few I still am excited to try out!
